Complaints

The buyer can complain about the defect at any time during the warranty period. The consumer can claim the guarantee for products for which there is a mandatory guarantee (the list of these products is determined by the Regulations on goods for which a guarantee for flawless operation is issued) and for those for which a voluntary guarantee has been given. During the warranty period, the consumer can ask the guarantor to repair the defect free of charge. If the fault cannot be rectified or the company fails to rectify it within a total period of 45 days, the consumer can request an exchange for a new product free of charge. After the expiration of this period, the repair of the goods is performed only against payment. only if the repair is not possible or the company does not perform it within a total period of 45 days, the consumer can request a replacement for a new, flawless product.

What is the warranty claim procedure? Within the warranty period and under the warranty conditions, the buyer must request the rectification of defects by means of a written application from the warranty provider, and must submit the product as well as the warranty and service certificate as well as a copy of the invoice. The buyer does not incur any costs by correcting errors or replacing the product. If the seller determines that the defect in the product was caused by improper behavior of the buyer, as a result of which the warranty claim turns out to be unjustified, he will send the product back at his expense with a written notification.
